1. Shipping region and delivery time
   Shipping location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Cyprus.
   Processing time: Orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after payment confirmation. (Customized products may require additional time, and customer service will notify you separately.)
   Transportation time: The international transportation time varies by destination, usually ranging from 7 to 20 working days (excluding customs clearance delays).
2. Freight calculation
   The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of the goods. The final amount will be displayed at checkout.
   Free shipping offer: Free shipping may be available in some regions or for orders reaching a certain amount. For details, please refer to the promotion page.
3. Logistics tracking
   After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number and tracking link (sent to the email address reserved for the order).
   If you do not receive notification, please check your spam folder or contact contact@starterhomess.com.
4. Customs and Taxes
   International orders may incur costs such as import duties and customs duties, which shall be borne by the recipient.
   We are unable to estimate the specific amount. It is recommended to consult the local customs in advance.
5. Delay and Loss Handling
   Transportation delay: In case of delays caused by force majeure such as weather and customs clearance, we will assist in following up on the logistics progress.
   Lost package: If the logistics shows that it has been delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days for investigation.
6. Returns and damages
   Damaged goods during transportation must be accompanied by photo evidence within 48 hours after signing for receipt. We will either replace or refund them free of charge.
