  2. Handling of exceptional cases
    If any of the following problems occur, please contact customer service (contact@starterhomess.com) within 48 hours after receipt and provide evidence (photo, video) :
    Transportation damage: The goods show obvious damage or functional failure during the delivery process.
    Severe description mismatch: There are significant differences between the actual item and the description on the website (such as material errors, size deviations ≥5%).
    We will provide partial compensation or re-shipment depending on the situation. The specific plan shall be subject to negotiation.
